A: You cannot use the word "cheap" and "Dodge Charger" in the same sentence. The Charger is one of the most sought after cars in the Chrysler line up.
This company http://www.justdashes.com/ does complete recovering of dashes, door panels, etc. for Chrysler products. Dash covers are much cheaper than a complete recovering and don't look too bad but they can be detected.

The radios were not very good in 1974 so you're not really missing anything there but it is difficult to fit a modern radio in the dash panel without destroying the original design, both knobs on the left (I think that was '74). Having said that, there are vendors that sell the original radio with modern internals, some with pigtails for a CD player.

A: check paddocks out and also year one. hemmings may have it. but your probley gonna find it on ebay. kinda of a rare option so dont mess it up make sure you do it right.

I just got a brand new charger r/t and I put some flows and I'm not sure how many horespower that added if it even added any but what's a way to add some serious horesepower but not pay serious money?
A: Flowmasters didn't add any horsepower. You still have your factory horsepower rating.
But more importantly, you want torque. Horsepower is an imaginary unit, calculated from torque, which is an actual measurement.
That said, you're not going to get serious torque, without serious money. It just doesn't work that way.
