Q: How do I sell my 08 factory dodge charger hood?
I have a brand new 08 Dodge charger hood that I removed when I bought the car to put on a different hood. Now I want to sell it but I don’t know where to start or where to post the hood. Its brand new too so its still worth some money….please help!!

The late 60’s model Dodge Charger has been used in a few different movies. The Fast and the Furious parts 1 and 3 and a vampire movie that i can’t remember the name of off the top of my head. But if it was never used in any movies would any1 have ever heard of it? I ask out of pure curiosity.

I also wanted to put like those neon car lights inside like purple where the floor mats are and in the trunk. Would that look ok? What are those kind of lights called is it a black light or something???
A: they are called neons or now you can actually get l.e.d.s they are small and easy to hide. to get the full extent a true black light will only show the flaws and stuff, use purple . and dont have them on while you drive you can get pulled over for being a distraction to other drivers and dont use blue bad

A: the don’t have a solid frame under them, they are all uni frame cars,you won’t be building no frame for a charger,you can mount the body of that car on an 82 dodge ram truck 4×4 though,but they look like crap and you have to lift them up,it literally ruins a good charger to do this to it,good luck.

I have a Dodge Charger with 17 in stock rims and tires. My friend is selling his 17 in rims at a low price. They look perfect on my Charger and I will only be paying $75 for them. This is temporarily for the time being until I save money and get my 20s or 22s.
But the problem is I don’t wanna waste extra money on tires when I don’t need to. I have my stock 17s with hubcaps and anything will look better. The tires size is 215/65/17.
My question is can I put my old tires from my stock rims on my friend’s new rims that I’m interested in buying?

And yes, the charger, magnum and 300c ALL look so much better w/22’s!! You will not believe the compliments you will get on then once you have them! Go for some good low-pro’s expect to pay 3-4K

I have a 1966 Dodge Charger with a 1972 440 engine. I have 10:1 compression, aluminum roller rockers, 6-pack pistons, bored out 30 over. Looking to get some nice high performance spark plugs and would appreciate any input!

A: i agree with the above answer and you also need to run an octane booster in that car to get the best performance from it, i own a 67 440 car and i run champion plugs in it one stage hotter than it requires,if your still running the original points and condenser it also helps to dwell those out as close as you can get them,im running r12yc, in mine right now and it runs real good and burns all the fuel it gets,note though on electronic ignition the amount of out put voltage is much stronger and you can go with a good rn11yc in it because the plugs will not cool off as fast with electronic ignition and it makes them burn the fuel a lot better,a cooler plug will last longer and run just as good as long as your not over fueling the engine,good luck with it.

A: Just push ESP OFF on the dash.
An “ESP OFF!” light will tell you it’s off.

I’m looking to get a 2008 Dodge Charger SRT8. I live in Georgia and according to the dodge website there isn’t one on a lot within 300 miles. I called a couple of dealerships and they said they could get me one in a couple of days. Does this sound right? If I put down a deposit, how long until they would actually have it. Also, are they going for MSRP or more?
A: Yeah that is about right. A dealer usually has agreements with other dealers and they pull one off another dealer’s lot or just order one, but a few days sounds normal. The most you should have to wait is two weeks.
As for price, depends on the dealer. They may mark it up a bit from MSRP. Could be a few thousand more than MSRP, but then again you could find a good dealer that won’t. It’s a toss up either way. You can negotiate on the price even before you order it.
